New Vision Educational Development, Inc. is a private nonprofit corporation based in Arizona, dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of transitional housing, workforce development, and emergency intervention for youth and young adults who are at risk of homelessness, unemployment, exploitation, or system involvement. Founded in 2020 New Vision Educational Development was established by Dr. Boyer Cross, PhD, whose career spans over 15 years of residential and behavioral health service leadership in Arizona.
