What’s your project management tracking/notes format?

I just got promoted from a front-line, direct-service-only position to a program coordinator role. (There’s still service but I’m also responsible for the creative work of writing the programming/networking to create experience opportunities for folks.) I’ve never had that kind of job responsibility before and have no idea how to track/organize work that isn’t just directly entering case notes in a CRM. Any templates or methods that are recommended for this?
