What would you do if you suddenly had a large matching donation grant?

A private foundation has suddenly given us a large matching gift, about $100,000.

On short notice, how would you leverage an opportunity like this?

Ps – we've never accomplished a fundraiser breaking $100,000 and we don't have a fundraiser on staff right now (if you're interested, please apply to our open Donor Relations Manager role!).
