I’m looking at employing a worker but I am debating as to whether go for a full time versus part time worker.
My preference, mainly from a monetary perspective, would be to go for a part time worker. However, from experience, I’ve noticed that part time workers can be more likely to leave for a full time job, leaving you in the dark and having to recruit again. Full time workers are less likely to do so, I’ve noticed.
