What happens when no one steps up to be President?

I am with a BC non-profit charitable Society. The Societies Act states you must have a President, Treasurer, and Secretary, of which the last two may be the same person. Our AGM is in two weeks and no one wants to step into the president role. What happens if no one steps up? Our current president’s term is ending and they will not continue for health reasons, so there will not be a last-minute save there.

We have a working board and are an operational service group. Do we actually have to fold? Do we have a grace period to find someone?
