What accounting system do you like?

My nonprofit got Financial Edge a few years ago and it's a disaster. We used QuickBooks before, but we are told we outgrew it. We are $20+ million and have over 100 employees. We have about 250 active grants at any given time and LOTS of government grants. We also have a lot of individuals, foundations, and corporate donors. We need something that helps us track every grant's spending, including indirect, and can generate a variety of reports and great customer service, training, and transition services. I think we also need a Grant/Project Management system. I heard Unanet and Vena Solutions are good.
