Things you wish you knew

So I am starting an emerging leader program for those whose next steps will hopefully be in leadership roles within nonprofits. We are trying to narrow down the topics aspect of our training and I wanted to get other leader suggestions. What are some things you wish you would have known before stepping into a leadership role?

A few of our current ideas if it helps:

Basic accounting Fundraising principles ( I’m a CFRE) Finding your leadership style Inclusive team building Etc

Sidenote: The aspect that will set this program apart I think is that each participant will be paired with an established leader as a mentor.
