What have people been doing for outreach/outreach programs during the pandemic? Anyone willing to share some of their successes?
I work as an outreach/programs/grants person for a nonprofit arts school for all ages, but mostly kids. It has been a struggle with COVID. My work entirely relied on in person events prior to COVID and it feels like great programs have died entirely. Partners I used to work with every year have gone completely radio silent. A lot of groups are doing virtual programs, but the attendance at these events is usually poor.
Also, understandably, many parents don't want them to do things in person without vaccination. This has made it tough to recruit student volunteers and run good outreach aimed at child audiences.
Any and all advice is appreciated!
