I am wondering what financial management software folks are using.
Ive worked in NP for the past 25 years and all of them have been on some version of Sage (except in the beginning when I observed ledger books). The org I’m currently with is on quickbooks, and I find it so clumsy!
To be clear, I’m not in finance, but I have management responsibilities that require financial oversight. I theoretically understand that QB is not able to do “fund accounting” and I’m worried that the org is trying to use the incorrect tool.
What system is your shop using? Any critique or reassurance about QB?
