IRS deductibility code wrong

I have a client who has an IRS determination letter stating they are a private operating foundation. When we go online through the IRS charitable organization database, their deductibility code is PF (private foundation) and not POF (private operating foundation).

This is causing issues with donor sites that audit discrepancies. It’s a pretty new organization, so it’s possible something got lost in the shuffle. However I do know we have the determination letter and the determination letter stating they are POF is even included right above the deductibility code on their IRS database search.

How do we fix this discrepancy? The IRS phone line just hangs up on me when I call. I’m going to try again Tuesday morning right when they open, but wanted to reach out anonymously to see if there are other avenues.
