I have an interview tomorrow morning for a very small nonprofit.
I have worked in the sector for a while and have volunteered/interned for longer. However, my roles have always been with larger, more established organizations.
Due to the size (under 5 staff members) of the organization, the fact that it is still under a year old, they are still waiting to receive their tax exempt status, and I cannot find an annual operating budget online.
I am not sure if these are questions I should ask about in an interview – or if they would essentially be "over my paygrade"/not relevant. Position would be in ops.
Questions such as: Status, Funding, Operating budget, Etc
