In your opinion, what is the biggest challenge facing nonprofits in the next few years?

I'm new to the nonprofit sector but looking to make a career here. I'm always curious what experts consider to be the upcoming trends. In particular, I want to find out what challenges could be coming and what ways people in the industry are preparing to deal with them. Are new technologies disrupting the way nonprofits operate? Could it be diversity, equity, and inclusion considerations, a changing climate for fundraising efforts? What do you think?
