I for no reason, I have zero excuse, forgot to send my gifts to my volunteer solicitors in January when I was supposed to and was called out by my boss about it today.
End of April.
I promptly admitted to forgetting and said I would send them out tomorrow.
But how do I handle this with the volunteers? Admit to it in a note? Ignore it? Take responsibility as an individual? Skate over the fact?
I don't know what to do and I'm freaking out.
