Grant writer position

Hello! I just joined this group and I’m looking for some guidance. I have been a grant writer for nonprofits for the past 3 years on a volunteer basis. I was just offered my first paid grant writing position and I have no idea what to expect as far as workload/compensation. The nonprofit is in its beginning stages and she offered $150/week for me to apply for 5 state grants a week. In my experience, I’ve found it’s better to do extensive research to find the right fit rather than apply to a bunch of grants so I felt like 5 a week was a bit high. The nonprofits I’ve worked at in the past applied to grants much less frequently, but I’ve also never been a paid employee. Does anyone have any advice?
