Any advice about a healthy mindset about applying to grants?
I work for a pretty large nonprofit and grant writing is the main part of my job. I know there are so many factors involved in winning these super competitive grants and it isn’t personal. I don’t expect to win all the time. But it still weighs on me when we get a decline – esp for the proposals we really poured ourselves into. I am worried about the future of this specific program that was not funded.
I don’t know. Just super disappointed and feel like I let people down.
