First round interview with a small organization

I’m currently looking to transition from a role in healthcare PR to a comms role at a small nonprofit. It seems like a good fit and I think they do good work but I really want to get a good idea of the culture in the interview process.

Everyone I spoke to about my current job boasted about the great people and the culture but it is definitely not for me. I don’t want to make the same mistake twice and assume that it will be a good fit. What are some more specific questions I can ask to see if the organization will be a good fit for me?
