I'm starting a super small nonprofit in my area to provide private chef services to the elderly and disabled. It's going well, great input from the community and other nonprofits doing similar work. I have a SCORE mentor who's helping me with most of it but I'm hitting a wall with the last thing I need, the contract.
All I need is a simple contract between me and the client (simple to understand for people who might have a hard time). Basically just "I'm providing this cooking service to you for free. I'm using food safe standards and practices, don't sue me."
The thing is I've tried several layers and even places like Communities Rise, but it's been rejection or "that's not what we do here" or just straight up no response from everyone I've tried. Does anyone have any advice for me? I'm so close to being able to give back to the community in the best way I can.
