Advice for leaving the nonprofit sector?

After two years of successfully working from home, my org is mandating a return to work in a hybrid setting and I’ve realized it is not worth the money to go back to an in-office setting in the city where my job is located. There are so many remote, 4 day/week, good benefit for-profit jobs out there that seem to align with my skills, but for months I haven’t had a call-back. Early in my search, I met with a job coach who taught me how to tweak the language in my resume to appeal to corporate jobs, but my search is still fruitless.

I’m in development operations, so mostly data and gift entry, reporting, event support, project management and some financial auditing (we have a dedicated finance team, I work with them to reconcile our info). Has anyone else made a similar transition?
